Chief Master Sgt. Valland retires
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - Col. Steven Warren, 114th Fighter Wing vice commander, presents Chief Master Sgt. Diane Valland, Human Resources, Headquarters, South Dakota Air National Guard, with her retirement flag commemorating over 33 years of military service.
