Jamison pins on star

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - South Dakota Governor Dennis Daugaard, along with Col.(ret) Robert Jamison, were on hand Oct. 5 to pin a star on Brig. Gen. Matthew Jamison. General Jamison was appointed as the Chief of Staff, Joint Force Headquarters, South Dakota National Guard in January 2012 and received federal recognition as Brigadier General in September. Col.(ret) Robert Jamison is General Jamison's father and a former Chief of Staff for the South Dakota Air National Guard as well.(National Guard photo by Senior Master Sgt. Nancy Ausland, released)
