Joe Foss Field receives StormReady ® certification
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - Col. Russ Walz, 114th Fighter Wing commander and Senior Master Sgt. Richard Larson, 114th Civil Engineer Squadron Emergency Management, accept the StormReady® certification from Todd Heitkamp, Warning Coordination Meteorologist for the National Weather Service Jan. 19.
