F-16 conversion nears completion

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - The 114th Fighter Wing's F-16 block 40 aircraft sit on the flightline as the sun sets here August 25, 2011. The unit is in the final phase of conversion from their old block 30 F-16's to the newer block 40's.
