114th Civil Engineers construct clinic
PARAMARIBO, Suriname - Senior Airman Dane Miller, 114th Fighter Wing Civil Engineer Squadron, lifts a piece of corrugated metal into place for the soffits on the Alkmaar Clinic being built in the Commewijne district here July 6, 2011. New Horizons is a cooperative effort between the government of Suriname and the United States Southern Command.
