114th Civil Engineers construct clinic
PARAMARIBO, SURINAME – Staff Sgt. Justin Moulton, 114th Fighter Wing Civil Engineer Squadron, assists the 556th Red Horse Squadron in constructing walls at the Nieuw Amsterdam Clinic in the Commewijne district of Suriname. Moulton’s civilian experience in laying block played an important role as the squadron neared completion of the clinic walls New Horizons is a cooperative effort between the government of Suriname and the United States Southern Command.
