114th Civil Engineers construct clinic
PARAMARIBO, Suriname - Senior Airman Cody Hall moves the first truss across the top of the block walls on the Alkmaar clinic July 1, 2011. The clinic is being constructed as part of exercise New Horizons 2011. This exercise is scheduled to build two schools, two medical clinics, and three community parks. Over 600 U.S. military personnel and 50 Surinamese military personnel will participate in the exercise at various times over a three month period. (Air Force Photo by Master Sgt.
