Master Sgt. Dennis Stoffel, 114th Civil Engineer Squadron NCOIC Pavements and Equipment, directed Tech. Sgt. Zachary Jorgensen, 114th Civil Engineer Squadron HVAC Superintendent, during a tracked skid loader rodeo held at Joe Foss Field S,D. August 2, 2014.
