New IGQ sworn in to 114 Fighter Wing

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - Col. Steven Warren, 114th Fighter Wing Vice Commander swears in Capt. Matthew Kayser, former 21st Air Force Commander's Action Team leader, into the South Dakota Air National Guard June 5. Capt. Kayser will be the 114th Fighter Wing Inspector General replacing Major Travis Schuring in this position. Capt. Kayser served his last day on active duty with the Air Force on June 4 and joined the 114th Fighter Wing the following day. Kayser is the son of former 114th Contracting Specialist, Master Sgt.
