South Dakota Air National Guard makes top 10 list

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - Representatives of the South Dakota Air National Guard and the 114th Non-commissioned Officer's Academy Graduates Association accept a certificate presented by Ken Versteeg, Executive Director of the Community Blood Bank, awarding the entire South Dakota Air National Guard the Community Service Award for 2014.
