SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - Command Chief Master Sergeant of the Air National Guard James W. Hotaling listens as Master Sgt. Steven Rowe, 114th Maintenance Group armament systems specialist, gives him instructions on the “Chief’s Challenge” he participated in at the 114th Fighter Wing Nov. 6, 2015.
