SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - Tech. Sgt. Michael Larson, 114th Maintenance Squadron aircraft armament systems mechanic, runs the 20mm M61A1 Gatling gun through tests after it was cleaned and reassembled here April 2, 2016. The guns, which are mounted on the F-16 Fighting Falcon, are removed, disassembled, and cleaned every 18 months. This process takes roughly 40 work hours. The SDNG will continue to maintain ready and reliable units, and have equipment and facilities, which support both federal and state missions.(U.S. Air National Guard photo by Master Sgt.
