Walz takes final flight
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - Col. Russ Walz, 114th Fighter Wing commander, salutes as he departs Joe Foss Field, S.D. for his final flight in the F-16 aircraft March 3, 2016. Walz served as the 114th Fighter Wing commander for 10 years and will be promoted to Brig. Gen.
