Governor Safety Award of Honor

Col. Nate Alholinna, 114th Fighter Wing commander, and Senior Master Sgt. Donald Pottebaum, 114th Fighter Wing weapons safety manager, recieved the Governor's Safety Award of Honor on behalf of the unit members during a ceremony held in Sioux Falls, S.D. Oct. 5, 2016. The award was presented by South Dakota Lt. Gov. Matt Michels and the unit was one of eight given this year. The Governor's Safety Award of Honor is given to companies and organizations who have an exceptional and sustained record of reduction of incidents at the work place.
